Just an update after the match in Old Trafford on Saturday

It was the same as we had last year with a few changes

We met with your guy on the Ground ( John from Tullamore) and as my son
is special needs we needed the 3 tickets together
He was able to arrange it and we got ticketsin the North Stand ( the now named Alex Ferguson Stand) so
it was great to be there for a bit of history let alone be in the right place.

Hi all,

Just a very short mail to commend your staff and your service.

My brother, my son and I recently went to the Liverpool v Wigan match which was booked through yourselves.

From the time of booking to the actual trip I have to say, for a first time user of Marathon Sports Travel I was very impressed with the level of service provided.

The booking process was simple, straight forward and the lads on the booking line were very informative and knowledgeable.

We met the representatives down at Dublin Port at 7 o’clock on Saturday morning.

As this was our first trip with Marathon Sports Travel we hadn’t got a clue what to do, who to see or where to go.

There was a mobile number on our confirmation ticket, so I rang it and a lad called Declan answered.

He pointed us in the right direction and then from there it was plain sailing.

The 2 representatives that went over with us were great and are a credit to your company.

Every last detail was looked after.

The small things, like parking close to the ground was so handy, especially when young children are travelling.

Based on my experience on this trip I would have no hesitation in recommending Marathon Sports Travel to anyone who asks and without any shadow of a doubt I will and look forward to booking with you again in the near future.

Thank you for making our first trip to Anfield so enjoyable and memorable.

Arsenal v Wigan - Sat 22nd Jan 2011

Hello there John.

I have been dealing with yourself and Paul since November or December.

My husband and son are in London today, Arsenal v Wigan.

I can't recall which one of you i was speaking to specifically but i had a conversation, stating how my son is 13yrs old and has never been to the Emirates.  I asked, if it was possible - and if you had any control to put in a request in for the best possible seats available on the day.  I don't know if you did actually have any control but i spoke to my husband earlier and he said, in the three times he has been to the Emirates, today, he was in the best seat he had been in so far.  So if it is appropriate, i am thanking you for your input.

My husband said the hotel is lovely.

So, though i nearly had heart failure when i realised - after booking - that the price didn't include flights - all has turned out well.  And what's more, Arsenal won!

I thank you and may do it again next year.  Unless - I win the lottery - then we can do it a few times during the year!

I have found you very pleasant to deal and very much appreciate that.

World Cup 2010 South Africa - Quarter Final 03rd July 2010 - Argentina Vs. Germany

Hi Paul

Just a short note to thank you for organising the trip to the World Cup. Everything went really well and the staff at the Ruslamere hotel were excellent, all really friendly. Trevor was a brilliant guide and he also put us in touch with another tour operator, Tish, for our trip to the Cape of Good Hope. Great to see Argentina V Germany live in Cape Town even though we were shouting for Argentina. Atmosphere was brilliant. Glad we brought Colin as he really had an absolute ball.
